How long will it take for me to receive my piece?

Remember each piece is made by hand so please review the creation time for the piece you are interested in and an additional 5 days for shipping.

I don't see the color I want.

We try to keep a standard set of colors that everyone loves but if you want a specific color for a piece feel free to place a custom order with the piece you want and the color.

Do you offer returns, refunds or exchanges?

How do I take care of my crochet piece?

We highly suggest that you Hand wash ONLY and Dry Flat. This ensures the longevity of your crochet piece.
